Welcome to the Miles Market Catering website, operated by Miles Market, part of The Waterfront Group of Companies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and catering services, including ordering, payment, and delivery or pickup of catered goods.

By accessing this website or placing a catering order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or restricts access
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via the site
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site at our sole discretion.

Catering Orders

  1. a) Placing an Order

All catering orders placed through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  1. b) Payment

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party platforms. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. c) Pricing

All prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected by any subsequent price adjustments.

Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

  • Order Timeline: All catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the requested pickup or delivery time. Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may be declined.
  • Blackout Dates: Miles Market reserves the right to designate blackout dates during periods of high demand or around public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, New Year’s, etc.) when catering orders may be limited or unavailable. These will be communicated on the website or by email as applicable.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to catering@miles.bm no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests made outside this window.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
  • Modifications: Requests to modify an order must also be received at least 72 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated after that time.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the time specified in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Delivery: If delivery is requested, ensure that someone is present to receive the order. We are not liable for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence of a recipient.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements

We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions; however, all food is prepared in a facility that may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any specific requirements at the time of ordering. Miles Market is not liable for allergic reactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, branding, menu descriptions, and layout—is the property of Miles Market or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Miles Market is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from food products once delivered or picked up

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bermuda.
